Now, when someone chooses to unsubscribe from your email list, they can share the reason why. This gives you powerful insights into what’s working—and what isn’t—so you can continuously improve your email marketing strategy.
How It Works
When a user clicks “unsubscribe,” they’ll be presented with five simple options:
- No longer want emails (Default)
- I never signed up for this email list
- The emails are inappropriate
- The emails are spam
- Other (with a text box for custom feedback)
If a subscriber selects “Other,” they can share their reason in their own words, giving you even more context.
Clear Insights at a Glance
On your Unsubscribe List, you’ll now see exactly why people opted out. Even better, our system automatically generates a pie chart breakdown of all unsubscribe reasons.
This visual insight helps you quickly identify patterns—for example, if too many people say emails feel “spammy” or “irrelevant,” you know it’s time to revisit your content strategy.
